Sproule is pleased to participate in the 2017 Canadian Global Exploration Forum (CGEF) fall conference, September 27 & 28, at the Calgary TELUS Convention Centre. This year’s conference will examine success measures in international and unconventional oil & gas projects.
The format of the conference is largely made up of panel discussions, making for a great venue to discuss successful techniques and challenges in the global oil and gas industry. Panel themes include financing, legal trends, best practices in international conventional and unconventional oil & gas, deal landscape and assessment, clean technology, and pursuing international markets.

Session Description
Canadian E&P operators engaged in conventional international E&P, as well as service companies, have found ways to adapt, survive, and thrive in turbulent times. The Conventional Opportunities Session focuses on granularity; identifying differences that make a difference, in the realms of business, technology, and geoscience. The presentations will focus on real-world examples of what works.

Session Description
The theme of the 2017 CGEF Fall Conference is Global Opportunities – Canadian Solutions. The panel will discuss their perceptions of what opportunities exist internationally, their experiences in pursuing those markets, barriers encountered, and where institutional or government support could facilitate Canadian companies successfully accessing these markets.
