Description


Developed by Sproule and offered in partnership with the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), this complete 5-day course presents the foundational components and techniques of evaluating global oil and gas properties. By the end of this course, participants will fully understand the evaluation process, where to source the appropriate data, how to evaluate an oil and gas property, how to interpret evaluations done by others and, ultimately, how to make sound investment decisions. The course lecture material is supported by a number of workshop exercises. This course is worth 4.0 Continuing Education Credits (CEUs) through SPE Canada. This course will be taught in person in Calgary, AB.

Cancellation Policy

Any registration cancellation requests must be made on or before September 27, 2023, and will be subject to a $250 processing fee.

We reserve the right to cancel the course if minimum registrations levels are not met. As such, please purchase refundable/transferable airfare if you are flying in for this course. Decisions regarding cancellation will occur several weeks before the start date, and registrants will be notified and refunded if the course does not run.
