Message to Sproule Clients: COVID-19

Sproule is actively monitoring the COVID-19 situation and we want to be transparent about what we’re doing as a company to protect our clients and employees.

Many have found their businesses disrupted by the COVID-19 situation. I want to assure our clients that Sproule is committed to you and your business during this challenging time. Your trust is the lifeblood of Sproule. In the current environment, it is a priority for us to maintain it and extend our support.

Following the advice of health and governmental authorities, Sproule is encouraging employees to work from home if possible. During this time and as always, we are determined to ensure your mission-critical projects are completed on time and budget—wherever you may be located.

We will continue to deliver services to all clients

  • Sproule has the infrastructure and processes in place to allow our employees to safely work from locations outside the office to support all clients.
  • Our employees are already adept at working remotely; the possibility of being physically separated from our clients during this time does not impact our ability to do our work.  We will continue to support and deliver services to all clients.
  • Where COVID-19 restrictions are in place, our team will use all other means available to effectively communicate with clients including video calls, telephone calls, chat and email communications.
